Introduction to Printmaking 5 Week Afternoon Course starts Tuesday 24th September
Dates: Every Tuesday afternoon for five weeks, starting Tuesday 24th September
Time: 2pm - 5pm

Location: Print Workshop, Lower Ground Floor, Exeter Phoenix
What you’ll learn: This 5 week introduction to printmaking course is an ideal way to kick-start a new interest or revisit rusty skills. Find out more about the flexibility of printmaking through monoprint, collagraphs, drypoint and relief print methods, then you could choose to take your new skills further by enrolling for a further 5 weeks of either relief print (A-Z of Linocutting) OR 5 weeks of Exploring Intaglio processes.
Materials and Equipment:
General course materials will be provided but there may be charges for additional papers, inks and the actual lino and drypoint plates you choose.
On the day:
Tea and coffee will be available in the workshop. The Exeter Phoenix Café is also open should you wish to purchase other refreshments during the workshop.
Please be aware, there is no parking at Exeter Phoenix, except for one parking space for disabled customers. We are a short walk from many long stay car parks https://exeter.gov.uk/car-parking/car-parks/find-a-car-park/. We are also a short walk from Central Station and the bus station. Alternatively, use the Park & Ride to bring you into the centre.
