For several years we have been running a successful programme of outreach work with schools and community groups.

In 2005 we have worked with over five hundred participants running printmaking workshops in primary and secondary schools, museums, arts, community and healthy living centres, festivals and village halls. We work regularly on projects and arts weeks in schools in partnership with DAISI (Devon Arts in Schools). Children of all ages groups experience collagraph, monoprinting, drypoint and screenprinting and use our portable press to create their prints.

In the spring of 2005 we were asked by Padbrook Park Hotel in Cullompton to run four collagraph workshops with local schools using the sports facilities of the hotel as our theme. The resulting work was then exhibited at the hotel and selected prints were editioned at our workshop using high quality paper and inks. Now, over forty of the children’s prints are mounted and framed and hang in the bedrooms of the new hotel.

Currently, we are running a series of workshops at The Scrapstore in Exeter to highlight the possibilities of printmaking without a press and using the range of scrap materials available

If you would like us to run a print workshop in your school or community we are always happy to bring our mobile workshop to you. Prices will vary depending upon the type of workshop we run and the numbers involved. As a guide, for a full day we charge up to £220. This will include materials, travel and our overhead costs. Please get in touch to discuss your individual requirements.

We are always happy to tailor make the day to suit your needs.
