Open Access to resources & the workshop community.


We are the only workshop in Devon that provides membership and offers open access to our equipment and resources. We offer either full or associate membership.

Open access membership is for competent printmakers who feel able to pursue individual projects under their own steam. You may have attended one of our courses or you may have trained elsewhere. We provide one day a week technical advice and support and we can always be contacted by telephone- so you need not feel totally left on your own.

The workshop is open to members anytime that there is not a course running. On a monthly basis we produce a timetable of courses so you will know when the studio is available.

For a £30 deposit you can have a key to allow total freedom to come and go. We hope that members will get involved in the running of the workshop - you may be interested to join our steering committee, initiate an exhibition or write for the newsletter.

Full membership is £15 per month for a minimum of 6 months paid by standing order.

Open access to all workshop equipment and facilities.
Hours only limited by times of courses (refer to course leaflets, website or timetable posted at workshop).
Technical support available on Wednesdays.

Exhibition and sales opportunities.

Associate membership is £30 a year.
